Contact form
Name, email address, company (optional), budget (optional), message. Purpose: Processing your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (a) GDPR (consent via checkbox).
Server logs
IP address, timestamp, requested URLs, browser type. Purpose: Technical operation and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention: Typically 30 days.
Business communication
Name, email, project information. Purpose: Contract fulfilment and project management. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention: 7 years (statutory retention obligation under Austrian commercial law).

Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify. Data transfers to the USA are based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Hetzner
Email hosting and domain management are provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. All processing takes place exclusively in Germany/EU.

4. Cookies and tracking
This website uses only technically necessary cookies and storage mechanisms (e.g. session cookies). No tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies are used. No user behaviour analysis via third-party tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.). Consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is not required for these cookies.
