2. Data processed and purposes
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for providing our services or where you have given explicit consent.
Contact form
Name, email address, company (optional), budget (optional), message. Purpose: Processing your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (a) GDPR (consent via checkbox).
Server logs
IP address, timestamp, requested URLs, browser type. Purpose: Technical operation and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention: Typically 30 days.
Business communication
Name, email, project information. Purpose: Contract fulfilment and project management. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention: 7 years (statutory retention obligation under Austrian commercial law).
3. Hosting & processors
Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify. Data transfers to the USA are based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Hetzner
Email hosting and domain management are provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. All processing takes place exclusively in Germany/EU.

4. Cookies, user behaviour and analytics
We use technically necessary cookies (language setting, storing your cookie choice) on the basis of § 165(3) TKG 2021 and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; they do not require consent. Analytics cookies are only set if you agree in the cookie banner (§ 165(3) TKG 2021, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, no analytics service is loaded and no data is transferred to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Purpose: statistical analysis of user behaviour (pages viewed, time on page, referrer, device/browser, approximate location) to improve the website. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; Google signals and advertising features are disabled. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (retention up to 2 years). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR), supplemented by standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Google.

All images, graphics, and visual content published on this website are the property of Maurice Putz / MP ORG. Copyright rests exclusively with Maurice Putz. Use without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. Data is only transferred where necessary for contract fulfilment (e.g. payment processing) or where legally required. Data processors are contractually bound to comply with GDPR.
